The view was amazing, healing. Big bedroom, fit family of 4. Top condition facilities, everything needed. Friendly staff, proficient in English.

The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding town. the location at the top of the hill allows guests to enjoy this magnificent view. the facilities are great, with spacious rooms, cozy fireplaces, and a barbecue area. the staff receives high praise for their friendliness and helpfulness, even offering to pick up guests who arrived late at the station.

There was some confusion regarding the dinner service, as guests had to cook their own meals instead of having them prepared.

I keep returning because of the helpful staff who printed important documents for me. This place suits me perfectly with free parking, outdoor dining area, cookware, and no smoking. I'll be back for Easter.

Incredible location with stunning views, surrounded by a smaller lakeside town. Helpful staff and well-curated facilities. Enjoyed the local, fresh ingredients with easy cooking instructions. Excellent insulation and efficient heater. Short walk to a beautiful waterfall.

We had an amazing value for our money at this resort. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family of four. The location was a bit outside of town, but the amazing view of Mt Fuji made it all worth it. The staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They even picked us up from the station when we arrived later than expected. a fantastic experience that we would definitely book again for our next trip to Japan!

The highlight of my Japan trip! Everything was great. The view of Mt. Fuji was amazing, especially when I woke up early in the morning. The staff at the resort were helpful and the facilities were in top condition. The bedroom was spacious enough for my family of four. I also loved the option of having a BBQ dinner and the café served delicious coffee and pizzas. I highly recommend this resort for an amazing experience in nature.
